For parishes, monasteries, communities, confraternities, brotherhoods, bookshops and religious shops. That is, for anyone who does not buy one piece but several, or buys one that is not in the catalogue, or needs an invoice with a tax number and a date committed in writing.

The devotion that is not in the catalogue

It is the most frequent commission and the one that interests us most: the titular of your church. We do not invent a new image. We look for the canonical model of that devotion, tell you where it comes from and show you the reference before producing anything. If no fixed model exists for that devotion, we say so, and propose the closest one instead of improvising.

• Send the exact devotion and, if you have it, a photograph of the image you venerate.
• Tell us the format and, above all, the date of the feast.
• We reply with the proposed model, where it comes from and a closed quotation.
• Nothing is produced until you approve the reference in writing.

What is guaranteed in writing

The terms of a community order are not published in a table because they depend on the number of pieces, the format and the date. What is always the same is what you receive before committing to anything.

• Closed written quotation, with unit price, shipping and taxes already calculated. No surprises at the end.
• Invoice with full tax details, valid for the parish accounts.
• One single shipment for the whole order, with one shipping charge, not one per piece.
• Delivery date committed in the quotation, not estimated.
• Reply within forty eight working hours.

What to know beforehand

A commissioned piece, with a devotion that is not in the catalogue, falls outside the right of withdrawal: it cannot be returned without cause, because it cannot be sold to anyone else. We say it here, and we say it again in the quotation, before you accept it. In exchange, nothing is produced until the reference is approved by you.
